I run Lees Property Maintenance, based in Kiltarlity and working across Inverness and the surrounding Highlands. LPM helps homeowners and property managers with a broad range of maintenance work, both indoors and outside.

Where do you work?
LPM is based in Kiltarlity, covering Beauly, Inverness, Loch Ness and surrounding Highland communities. Work farther afield can be discussed depending on the job and travel involved.
Can I arrange regular maintenance?
Yes. Get in touch to discuss garden or property upkeep on a regular schedule. The work and frequency are agreed around your needs and availability.
What should I send for a quotation?
A brief description, your postcode or general location, a few photos and your preferred timeframe are a useful starting point. Some jobs will need a visit before a quotation can be prepared.
Do you take on urgent repairs?
Contact Matty to check availability for urgent maintenance requests. Response times depend on location, the work involved and existing bookings.
